This Union City whole home remodel was designed for a young family looking for a brighter, more functional home centered around everyday living and entertaining. Rather than simply updating finishes, the project completely reimagined the home’s layout to better suit the family’s lifestyle.
One of the biggest transformations was relocating the kitchen to create a spacious open-concept living area that connects seamlessly to the backyard. The former kitchen became a welcoming new entry, while the redesigned kitchen now serves as the true heart of the home. Every aspect of the floor plan was carefully developed to maximize functionality before being finalized with the project architect.
The renovation also included beautifully updated primary and children’s bathrooms, new flooring, fresh paint throughout, custom living room furnishings, lighting, and thoughtfully layered finishes that create a bright, timeless interior.
