Hayward Hills Whole Home Remodel
This Hayward Hills remodel transformed an existing home into a bright, contemporary residence with subtle Asian-inspired influences, emphasizing simplicity, balance, and timeless design. The renovation included new flooring throughout, updated paint, custom stair railings, refreshed kitchen cabinetry, and carefully selected furnishings that gave the home a cohesive new identity.
One of the home’s most dramatic transformations was the primary bathroom. Working within a compact footprint of approximately 70 square feet, the layout was completely reimagined to include a spacious wet room with a freestanding soaking tub, walk-in shower, custom vanity, and full-height linen storage—creating a luxurious spa-like retreat without expanding the space.
The living room was thoughtfully furnished for the first time in many years, incorporating the homeowners’ favorite colors alongside clean architectural lines, natural textures, and comfortable furnishings designed for everyday living.
