Designed around the homeowners’ love of entertaining, this Castro Valley remodel combined a thoughtfully updated kitchen with a seamless home addition that expanded the home’s gathering spaces. Rather than creating an open-concept kitchen, the design intentionally preserved a dedicated cooking space while adding a spacious entertainment room complete with a custom built-in bar and a striking corner fireplace.
The kitchen features custom cabinetry, top of the line appliances, natural stone countertops, a handcrafted farmhouse sink, generous storage, and timeless finishes that balance warmth with everyday functionality. Throughout the home, carefully selected materials and architectural details create a classic transitional aesthetic that feels inviting, elegant, and built to last.
